Terms of Service & Platform Governance

I. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or interacting with the AMERO X decentralized application ("the Platform"), you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

II. Platform Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You represent that you are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where the use of AMERO X assets is restricted or prohibited by law.

III. Airdrop Participation & Quests

• Authenticity: All social media activity must be authentic. Use of automated scripts, bot farms, or Sybil techniques is strictly prohibited.
• Reward Discretion: AMERO X reserves the absolute right to determine eligibility for rewards and may disqualify any user suspected of fraudulent activity.
• Vesting: Rewards may be subject to institutional vesting as outlined in the protocol whitepaper.

IV. Protocol Risks

The Platform operates on a non-custodial decentralized infrastructure. You understand that participation involves volatility and technical risks associated with blockchain technology, smart contract logic, and third-party wallet providers.

V. Intellectual Property

The AMERO X brand, proprietary code, and technical infrastructure are the exclusive property of AMERO X. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to interact with the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

VI. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AMERO X or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including loss of digital assets or data.
